Text, phone, or a quick video during business hours (9–5, Mon–Fri) for questions, advice, and refills. You're not starting over with a stranger every time.
Care that comes to you
Up to 60 minutes of scheduled telemedicine each month, in 30-minute blocks — follow-ups, acute illness, or injury. House calls when you need them.
Handled, not juggled
All standard prescription refills sent to your pharmacy, plus care coordination and referrals when something's outside what I do. One person keeping track.

Pricing
First 30 minutes → $1
Each additional 30 minutes → +$1
Drive time → $1/hr round-trip, billed in 15-minute increments
Beyond 60 minutes one-way, I'll give you a custom quote in advance.
What's handled during a house call:
- Consultation & exam
- Vital signs
- Prescriptions
- Rapid strep test
- Urine dipstick (UTI)
- Routine blood draw
- Ear wax removal
- Point-of-care glucose testing
Add-on services
Billed on top of house-call time and drive. Available during a visit when it's the right call.
Clinical add-ons:
Nebulizer treatment (asthma / exercise-induced) → +$1
Steroid joint or trigger-point injection → +$1
Basic suturing of lacerations → +$1
IV hydration — saline or lactated Ringer's — +$1
IV hydration — Myers' Cocktail — +$1
Ketamine:
For diagnosed mental-health conditions including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, and PTSD. Requires a 90-minute visit and a prior evaluation to confirm it's appropriate.
- Ketamine infusion → +$1
Botox:
- Upper-face Botox (glabella, forehead, crow's feet) — $1/unit
Physicals done at home
No waiting room, no rushed exam.
Annual physicals — strongly recommended for every adult member. Done during a scheduled house call (30–45 min). Your onboarding visit covers your first.
Sports & school physicals — for kids on the plan, included at no charge beyond the standard house-call fee.

- Care requires you to be physically in Utah at the time of service
- Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian present
